When Whitbread and Chitty began working together, they set out to develop a 'Farm to Fork' policy for their imported as well as British beef. British Food Solution (BFS) was created as a dedicated importer, providing beef from selected Argentinean processors. An integrated and monitored supply chain was then successfully created.
