1.	Access to and use of the www.foodchaincentre.com website ("this Site") is provided by The Food Chain Centre, a unit of The Institute of Grocery Distribution of Grange Lane, Letchmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8GD, England ("we" or "us") subject to these Site Terms.

Our liability to you

Your submission of material to this Site and your liability

19.	The Food Chain Centre, IGD and Institute of Grocery Distribution names and logos and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trade marks or service marks of us or our suppliers.

20.	We accept no responsibility for the content of any site to which a link from this Site exists. The links are provided "as is" with no warranty, express or implied, for the information provided within them.

Use of User Names and Passwords

21.	You may need to use a user name and password for access to restricted areas of this Site, in which case this section of the Site Terms applies to you.
22.	We may change what is available in any restricted areas of this Site from time to time without notice.
23.	You must at all times keep your user name and password strictly confidential and secure.
24.	You must not choose a password which can be readily guessed.
25.	You shall not disclose or allow others to have access to your user name or password without our prior permission.
26.	If you think you may have lost or allowed a third party to see or use your user name or password, you must inform us immediately.

30.	We may in our absolute discretion decide whether you may join or continue in the webring that is accessed from the Site from time to time.

Severability
